About the Role

As a TA/BT Flex at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
