I feel supported and comfortable asking for help.”

“I love the teamwork and the open collaboration that happens within team members. I think every one of us are caring individuals that puts our clients first and are willing to work with each other and learn from each other. I think that’s very special, especially in a company that has different lenses and approaches to treatment.”

“The team aspect is a great part. Being part of the different disciplines and collaborating holistically is one of my favorite parts. I feel that the staff are friendly and inclusive. The constant communication among staff is also appreciated and being able to bounce ideas off in real time with the team.”

“What I love the most about working here is the experiences that I am getting, and the ability to ask so many questions while on the job pertaining to clients, and about different strategies that can be used with clients. This is so helpful.”

“I enjoy watching the clients grow and develop to their full potential. I appreciate that Blue Bird allows for its employees to expand their horizons and take on new learning curves that will help them achieve new heights professionally.”

“The employees that are hired are strong, dedicated to what they do and always helping each other out and learning from each other. The collaborative nature leads to learning for everyone and great treatment for clients. The day is fun and busy. I like how much autonomy we have in the treatment we provide and materials that are provided to use in sessions.”

“I love collaborating with all of the different disciplines in order to provide the best services for each client. I think that most therapists are open to trying new ideas recommended by various disciplines and are eager to incorporate new strategies that are beneficial to the clients they are seeing.”

“Eyas Landing is a unique environment in which the therapists collaborate with one another, the families and caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure that the children they are treating have congruent care in order to increase their overall success and achieve their highest level of potential. We treat children ranging from infancy to late teens within the clinic, their homes, schools, and other community settings, all of whom have a variety of different diagnoses. The clinicians and staff at Eyas Landing are all very passionate about what they do, and are supportive and dedicated. For these reasons, I love working here!”
