Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through:
- Providing individualized and group therapy
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
- Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $65,000-85,000
