Merlin Day Academy, Eyas Landing's newest innovative program designed to provide education and therapeutic intervention in a supportive classroom environment located in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Therapeutic Assistant Paraprofessional and ABA Behavior Technician to join our team! The Therapy Assistant Paraprofessional and ABA Behavior Technician will join a team of therapeutic professionals including licensed social workers, occupational, physical, speech and ABA therapists.

Mentorship and opportunities to observe therapy sessions, as well as assistance with graduate school application process will be provided for our therapeutic assistant paraprofessionals. Over 80% of our Therapeutic Assistant Paraprofessional staff have been accepted into graduate healthcare programs!

Therapy Assistant Paraprofessional and ABA Behavior Technician Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

BACB RBT 40 hour Credential

At least 60 semester hours of college credit or successful completion of a paraprofessional exam

Willingness to obtain a paraprofessional license

Experience working with children is a plus

Full time Availability (40 hours/week; Monday-Friday)
